A.   Case 19-051 is a request for a conditional use permit (CUP) to allow a marijuana product manufacturing facility use on lot 29B, USS 2604 K.R.D, located at 11119 N. Tongass Hwy, Ketchikan Gateway Borough. (RES 4195)

A.   Case 19-052 is a request for a major variance to allow an existing deck to remain and to encroach into the required side yard setback at 2326 First Avenue; Lot 4, Block 2, Heath Addition to USS 1229, City of Ketchikan. (RES 4197)
 
B.   Case 19-053 is a request for a one-year Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow a mobile building to be used as a dwelling on a construction site on Lot 3-B, Block 4, Waterfall Creek Subdivision; located at 16600 Block Waterfall Road, Ketchikan Gateway Borough. (RES 4198)
