B.   Case 19-038 is a request for a major variance to allow an existing deck to remain and to encroach into the required front yard, and to allow an addition to the deck to further encroach into the required front and rear yard setbacks on Lot 1A, according to Plat No. 93-45; located at 703 College Court, City of Ketchikan.
