CASE SUMMARY
At the June 12, 2018 meeting, the Planning Commission postponed the request until the July 10, meeting. The public hearing was closed and a motion to adopt Resolution 4125A, recommending approval of the request, is on the table. The Planning Commission requested more information from the applicant. The applicant has submitted a request for withdrawal of Case 18-029 and resubmitted a rezone application, Case 18-040.

The subject parcels are currently zoned Medium Density Residential (RM) zone and High Density Residential (RH) zone all within the Mobile Building Restricted overlay (RM/RH/MBR). The applicant also owns two adjoining lots within the CC/MBR zone. The purpose of the rezone is to change the zoning for the residential lots to the CC/MBR zone in preparation for combining all of the lots into one parcel with a single zoning designation.
