A.   Case 19-031 is a request for a major variance to allow an addition to an existing residence to encroach into the rear yard setback, and to allow the construction of a detached garage to encroach into the rear yard and northeast side yard setbacks on Lot 3, Resubdivision of Lot 27, USS 2604; located at 11091 Coburn Road, Ketchikan Gateway Borough. (RES 4174)
 
B.   Case 19-032 is a request for a conditional use permit to allow an accessory dwelling unit use on Lot 185, USS 3156; located at 195 Bunchberry Lane, Ketchikan Gateway Borough. (RES 4175)
 
C.   Case 19-033 is a request for renewal of a conditional use permit to allow two commercial mobile buildings to be used to cultivate, process and package agricultural products on Lot 6, Group 4, a Subdivision of a portion of USS 1862; located at 218 Kelly Drive, Ketchikan Gateway Borough. E.   Case 19-035 is a request to rezone ATS 427, U.S. Survey 2357, U.S. Survey 3536, Lots 2 and 3 of U.S. Survey 1685, and those portions of U. S. Survey 1334 and Lot 2F of U.S. Survey 3840 north of the Gravina Island Hwy right-of-way as depicted on Plat 2010-16; from Low Density Residential/ Cottage Industry Overlay (RL/CI), General Commercial with Special Limitations (CG/SL), Rural Residential/Cottage Industry Overlay (RR/CI), and Future Development/Cottage Industry Overlay (FD/CI) to a Planned Unit Development (PUD); located at the southernmost terminus of Gravina Island Highway in and around Clam Cove, Ketchikan Gateway Borough. F.   POSTPONED - The Planning Department held two neighborhood meetings liaisoned by SALT, a professional planning organization. The Department is currently in the processs of drafting the neighborhood plan.

Case 19-036 is a draft master plan for ATS 427, U.S. Survey 2357, U.S. Survey 3536, Lots 2 and 3 of U.S. Survey 1685, and those portions of U. S. Survey 1334 and Lot 2F of U.S. Survey 3840 north of the Gravina Island Hwy right-of-way as depicted on Plat 2010-16; aka Clam Cove Neighborhood located at the southernmost terminus of Gravina Island Highway in and around Clam Cove, Ketchikan Gateway Borough. (RES 4179)
 
G.   Case 19-006 is a request to rezone Lots 1 and 2, U.S. Survey 3536 from Rural Residential/Cottage Industry (RR/CI) to General Commercial (CG); northwest of the eastern terminus of the Gravina Island Highway, Ketchikan Gateway Borough. (Resolution 4158)
