A.   Alaska DOT&PF findings into Herring Cove Bridge replacement- The DOT&PF, acting as a Federal agency, finds that no historic properties would be affected by the proposed project pursuant to 36 CRF 800.4(d)(1), implementing regulations of Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act. Unless otherwise directed, Planning Department will not be submitting any comments.

A.   Case 19-003 is a request for a major variance to allow an existing single-family dwelling to remain and encroach into the required front yards at 2593 Killer Whale Ave.; Lot 1, Block 28, U.S. Survey 1652A, City of Saxman. (Resolution 4156)

A.   Case 19-006 is a request to rezone Lots 1 and 2, U.S. Survey 3536 from Rural Residential/Cottage Industry (RR/CI) to General Commercial (CG); northwest of the eastern terminus of the Gravina Island Highway, Ketchikan Gateway Borough. (Resolution 4158)

Case 19-007 is a request for a major variance to allow an existing deck to remain and to encroach into the required rear yard on Lot 2, Block 4, U.S. Survey 1812; located at 3933 Alaska Avenue, Ketchikan Gateway Borough. (Resolution 4159)
 
C.   Case 19-008 is a request for a three-year Conditional Use Permit to allow a mobile building to be used as an office space on Tract A, according to Plat No. 95-11, located at 100 Martin Street, City of Ketchikan.

E.   Case 19-010 is a request for a major variance to allow an attached covered entryway to be constructed and encroach into the required front yard on Lot 28B, U.S. Survey 3020; located at 133 West Mattle Road, Ketchikan Gateway Borough. (Resolution 4162)
