A.   Case 18-002 is a request for a preliminary plat to create two lots from Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 3, Ocean View Tracts, U.S. Survey 1080, 24 Shoup Street, Ketchikan Gateway Borough; filed by Sheila Ellington and Robert Bale on January 11, 2018. (Resolution 4108)
 
B.   Case 18-003 is a request for a major variance to allow an existing residence to remain and to encroach into the northwest front yard setback on Lot 1, Block 3, Ocean View Tracts, U.S. Survey 1080, 24 Shoup Street, Ketchikan Gateway Borough.
 
C.   WITHDRAWN BY APPLICANT - Case 18-004 is a request for a major variance to allow an existing residence to remain and to encroach into the northeast front yard setback on Lot 2, Block 3, Ocean View Tracts, U.S. Survey 1080, 24 Shoup Street, Ketchikan Gateway Borough.

H.   Case 18-009 is a request for a Major Variance to allow a duplex to be constructed and encroach into the required rear yard on Lot 6, of the College Court Addition to U.S. Survey 1229, City of Ketchikan.
