A.   Case 18-047 is a request for a minor plat to create two lots from the Remainder of Lot 15 C, ASLS 92117, located north and east of the City of Saxman, Ketchikan Gateway Borough, filed by the Alaska Mental Health Trust Land Office on July 11, 2018.

CASE SUMMARY: The purpose of the plat is to subdivide a portion of the property for a land exchange with the U.S. Forest Service.

D.   Case 18-061 is a request for a minor plat to create three lots from the unsubdivided remainder of Lot 7, U.S. Survey 2802, located at 75 and 93 Pond Reef Road, Ketchikan Gateway Borough; filed by Dale and Christine Merrill, and Chris and Wanda Riley on October 17, 2018.

SUMMARY: The purpose of this subdivision is to properly plat two tax parcels commonly known as lots 7A and 7B, that were created by a deed recorded in 1970. The owners of that portion known as tax lot 7B propose to subdivide their property into two lots for independent residential development.

E.   Case 18-062 is a request for a minor plat to create two lots from Lot 88-A, Seawatch Estates Subdivision, located within the 100 Block of Seawatch Drive; filed by Mark Paulsen on October 16, 2018.

SUMMARY: The purpose of the proposed plat is to create two lots for independent residential development. Lot 88-A was created by a consolidation of Lots 88 and 89 of the Seawatch Estates Subdivision. The proposed subdivision will return the lots to their previous configuration.

A.   Case 18-049 is a request for a minor plat to alter Lot 3A, Ward Cove 2010 Subdivision, and Lot 3B-1, North Tongass Highway Right-of-Way Plat, according to Plat No. 2017-23; filed by Power Systems and Supplies of Alaska and the State of Alaska on July 19, 2018.

CASE SUMMARY: The purpose of the plat is to reconfigure two existing lots for a land exchange between the property owners.

SUMMARY: The applicant proposes to decrease the number of lots and alter property boundaries to conform to the topography.
